2021-03-22 23:50:47 +0000 UTCIn the manga, Zeff took a rock and broke off his leg and ate it. Understandably, for the anime, they made it a little less gruesome by cutting away to the anchor chain being pulled taut between the wreckage of the two ships. Still pretty brutal though.
