Changes to the Voting System!

After about a few weeks of using this new system, I can say that while it is an improvement in some areas, I think that more experimentation is in order.

After this current voting session, I will now be presenting a master list of all the available characters in the roster for people to vote on, rather than choosing eight random ones out of the roster.

The cooldown timer will still exist for characters who win each session, but the timer will now be extended to eight sessions (8 weeks).

If anyone has any questions about this or is greatly opposed to this change, please let me know. Remember, this is all to gauge which is the best method of doing these voting sessions.
