2020-07-11 02:15:23 +0000 UTCWhen Lupisregina says that the village is for experamentation and with many toys, what she is saying is that the village was an experamentation to whatever plan Ainz had for the village. The toys part is about the humans, in other words, she sees the humans as toys to play around with, and when I say play around i mean from torture, murder to entertainment. Basicly objects to do whatever she, a sadistic beastwomean with a hot body, wanted with them. BUT, in the beggining of the episode Ainz describes the importance of the village that she now, probably, doesn't see them as toys anymore (at least not the 3 she has to protect). The rest of the episode and the reaction was sooo funny, but man when you try to speculate about something you don't yet know, you always crash against a wall saying "You didn't know yet DUMMY".... Great reactions guys and keep up the good stuff. Hoped i could see more Overlord reactions than just 2 a week, but everytime i wait, I see a marvelous compilation of speculations, funny moments and action.

As for managing people, I work with other people and sometimes they come to me for advice, it tends to happen more often than not, so sometimes I get fed up with it and ask them what they would do. Whenever they give me an answer that is acceptable, I just reply, then why are you asking me? You know what you're doing. Hopefully it also breeds a sense of mastering their work, so that they feel like they don't need to ask for every single thing they are unsure about. In this manner I can relate to Ains.

He is the classic CEO, who tries to do the best for his company, but he is not the smartest guy in the company and there are people far better suited to handle certain points. And this is what I like about Overlord, it's mature. It doesn't think the audience are dummies, who have to be tought the way of growing up. It confronts you with mature topics of company managment, people dying, good people dying. There is more to come in this season, and I am curious to how you will react to it.
