I dont think subaru is entitled nor living in fantasy. I'd believe he's always been like that even in previous world, saying whatever he wants with all honesty. I mean how could you be living in fantasy when you've experienced death multiple times first hand? Even if you know you'll reset, all the excruciating pain he felt as he died were all real. I really like he's character. I despise lies and absolute admire honesty.

Gotta be careful for when that uprising occurs. And, you haven't met Satella? Echo, agains~ though, with that echo, hearing the twins in quadruple is... interesting. And... of all of them in that dining room, Subaru is by far the most suspect, me thinks. Hence, why Emilia gave a widely hated name, and Subaru had never heard of... he's in weird clothes, showing up at just the right time to save some, seemingly knows nothing, is willing to join the household as a servant... he a spy. It has been a few days at the mansion. (4? iirc?) Return by death... Also, the problem, is ... he remembers dying... and the pain, and... Not 'can we use as a spy', but 'is he a spy' :P huh... think you should listen to this theorizing after watching more... :P Reinhardt didn't seem to care about the theft, once Emilia said she didn't care. He said there was a more important crime.
