Crocodile was maybe not yet the king, but the last few years he had changed the country, and the people, it is no longer the same. That is what Luffy wanted him to give back. But Crocodile couldn't do that anyway, so instead Luffy beat his ass.

2020-09-12 10:32:12 +0000 UTCI don't think Tashigi lost respect for Smoker. She was basically saying her "justice" would have been to capture Crocodile or stop the bomb herself but she was too weak. She was applying that "licking wounds" thing to herself, not smoker.

You will be introduced to new characters even between Arcs. While thinking, things are chill for a second, the action is still goin on somewhere else. But dont get me wrong, when action is done, those couple of episodes where they are as Crew together on Going Merry (ship), are TOP GEAR moments of all time, in my humble opinion. I just love interactions between different people as whole. They are funny as hell, if I may say :D ...cherish those moments... Kanpai ! (kanpai means cheers)
