Subaru's happy ending is getting released of RBD and dying for real with a feeling he managed to save his love interests & friends. That is my guess of real happy ending for Subaru, dying this many times with all the psychological damage he will have to endure even further from this point on, I feel like death will be a real happy ending for Subaru.

2020-09-27 03:47:40 +0000 UTCSubaru tends to use his return by death as a last resort and even then it's usually not him deciding to use it I think he's only voluntarily used it in the anime like 3 maybe 4 times. Echidna basically wants Subaru to use it over and over again on purpose for any result that he might not like. She says she won't force him to use it but seeing as how she talks about sacrificing anyone to get the desired result it seems like it'll take a lot of tries to get to it.
