Finally fishman island is coming =), been long time when I saw this arc. Can only remember one of the "plots".

2021-03-16 09:44:13 +0000 UTCIt is basically the Equator and the Prime Meridian which in our world is used to separate the world into 4 hemispheres! Only in the One Piece world it is the Red Line and the Grand Line and is separated into the Four Blues!

2021-03-15 21:29:03 +0000 UTCthe same way that the red line spans the whole globe is the way the grand line spans the whole globe. so when the crew reaches the end of the grand line they will have circumnavigated across the entire globe. you can think of the red line and grand line as making a giant cross and wrapping the globe. that explanation will probably only confuse you more but to answer your question, they will have gone across the entire grand line and the entire globe because the grand line spans the entire globe. EDIT: anyone else feel free to comment and correct me or help simplify the explanation :)
