Iron Man main thing was he lost trust in what they were doing so he wanted to sign the accords. An example was brought up by cap what if some terror is doing damage in the Middle East but the American government wonβt let them help because itβs not their jurisdiction or problem. To save the most live I believe you have to trust yourself and not sign those accords that bind you to the governments whim.
