I am a fan of your reactions, I just started Patreon with you guys this month and generally I keep quiet since I figure other people have better things to say but I also saw you mention how you don't know if we like your stuff if we don't vocalize(while scanning through previous posts). I think you and the entire squad do great, you interact and theorize and while sometimes it isn't correct... who cares. Part of my interest in One Piece and other series is brainstorming and as a viewer I like to see others do the same and see if they get different things. Sorry for the long read but just want to say I appreciate it all and even though there are some things I don't see how they were missed/theorized, I understand each person sees things different. Also you have to understand that just because the straw Hats are good people and the world government is corrupt, the people in Impel Down are not good people, they’re bonafide criminals. Black beard and luffy are like two side of the same coin. There basically the same characters in a lot of ways. The only difference is basically how they go about doing things. Like when we’re first introduced to black beard him and luffy are acting the same way about the pie and the drink, there mirror images of each other.

blackbeard is serious when he screams in pain with luffy and magellan attacking him. he mentions to ace that the biggest drawback to his power is feeling more damage than normal people. he also says he tolerates it better

Yeah, its pretty confusing at first as he coats his body with poison which makes him seems like a logia instead of paramecia ( but u can track it down if u see luffy vs him multiple time as luffy can touch him without any kind of precaution)
