Of course you're now 500 episodes from where we are now, and at the rate you're going you'll be caught up to us in about 44 weeks or approximately 10-11 months (I did the math). What's more is that there's not really any real filler to skip from here on out: just one episode of filler that's a crossover with Toriko and a couple segments of movie tie-in filler, most of which you'll want to watch. So unless your schedule changes dramatically you'll probably catch up to us before we leave this current arc (which is fire!!!)

Even with Garps decision on ace, we don’t need to agree, but at least understand why he’s doing what he’s doing. Ace owes his life to Garp. Garp had no reason to protect ace and raise him, he was the son of his enemy. Garp still looked after ace and gave him an opportunity to live his life. And yet ace still wasted it in becoming a criminal. The one life ace had which was gifted to him by Garp due to his own sense of justice was wasted, which is why ace is completely ok with Garp not trying to save him, because Garp gave him the chance to live and he chose to go down the wrong path. I’ve gone out of topic now but yea can you see how much I love Garp haha his character is so complex and conflicting, can’t wait for y’all to catch-up and find out of the feats Garp has done in the past. But for now, we shall continue this journey with y’all. Lesssgoooo

When Whitebeard seen Squardo drinking his sorrows away for his dead crew he invited Squardo to join his. So when Squardo finds out he's been friends with the son of the guy who killed his people all he sees is red and feels betrayed.

The navy used this information to trick squardo, that’s why he was the perfect person to trick. So I think comparing him to law won’t matter. You know, you have some friends that if the enemy shows up and says some information, you gotta be like hooooold up. I knew this person for years.....they wouldn’t ever. We saw a highlight of Law watching and automatically not following the crowd because he believed in White Beard. So in that instance Law was more convicted over Squardo who was supposed to he closer to white beard? Although the actual trickery wad used on squardo not Law. Woooooaaaaaa. You actually got me to connect information in wouldnt have before doooope lol. Sooo i might just repeat this in a video lol

2021-05-04 01:38:38 +0000 UTCHahaha nice example with boa and Robin lmao when I watch anime or read manga, I put myself in each characters shoes whether they’re good or bad, and that way I can understand why authors or mangaka’s write their stories the way they do. If I put too much of my own personal emotions into a story, it blurs my vision on reading the story they way oda intentionally writes it. Like with Garp, squardo and also ussop. Reading into these characters, I try to not let any of my personal traits or emotions affect my views on them. I do hate traitors and all, but understanding their motives is always the first thing I’d do. Judas betrayed jesus for 30 pieces of silver, he was a true traitor. Squardo actually felt betrayed so he betrayed whitebeard back which is different. But enjoying the reactions and discussions with y’all ! Cant wait for fam !!! P.s GARP FOR PRESIDENT lol

2021-05-03 19:21:12 +0000 UTCSo basically he is sick, and what he was saying was he does not want to wear the medical equipment (even though he needs it) because he does not want the enemy to feel sympathy for him or think he is weak. I think the translation is a little wonky and makes it look like he is saying he uses it for sympathy but no he is sick because he is old and needs all that equipment but he does not want to fight with it because it is inconvenient and also he does not want to appear weak!
