I'll be honest I thought Nanao was the main character and now I'm in conflict with my feelings. Ohhh I think I know why this anime isn't very popular, they basically created a character presented as if it were the main character, Nanao looked similar to Deku and behaved like Deku and this girl killed him. And I already had an attachment to Nanao, I don't even like this girl Nana, so at this point most likely a lot of people abandoned this anime because they felt that the character they were attached to was killed in the first episode. 😂🤣🤣

I initially skipped over this one when it first came out due to how generic and bland the visuals looked. After watching the first episode, I ended up finishing the rest of the show in a day and then went on to read the manga. Definitely an anime that flew under a lot of people’s radar. Talentless Nana is a pretty fun watch. Caught up to the manga once I finished the anime, and while not an amazingly deep series, it was still enjoyable. It's a bit predictable in the overall narrative and most characters aren't that interesting, but the premise works.
