Estella is same style of AI, they talked about that 1 mission thing, because AI was failing to multitasking different style of work. But I understood that Vivy isn't totally stuck on 1 mission only, she can choose and do almost whatever she want. She chooses to have that mission to make people happy through her singing and some of that now has to do from that little girl that died, it's her way to honor her memory.
