it was already confirmed a few eps ago by beatrice that the jealous witch was a half elf with silver hair (aka looks like Emilia). Rem clearly doesn't fit the bill, but I'm sure you've realized by now. By the way, demons with big horns in Japanese mythology is what is referred to as Oni. If your remember, Subaru told Ram about the Red Oni, Blue Oni folktale (which is a real life Japanese folktale btw) a few eps back, and we find out how close that folktale is to Rem and Ram from this eps and the following eps.
