It's the ability to tell what specific ingredients are used, how it is cooked, how long it is cooked, it can tell if the temperature that it was cooked in was correct or wrong. She can know the recipe, how it supposed to taste and how to bringing a taste to its maximum potential. I feel like it's literally impossible to beat her because her food will always taste it's best possible outcome every single time.
