The flex like you guys mentioned Gojo teleported (warp) by creating a void in space to get Juji from the school and brought him to the battlefield in less than 10 seconds and still was able to have a full conversation with Itadori before he left the school. I think Gojo is able to affect his surroundings constantly and is able to slow down things around him in a radius, so I'm guessing he slow down the entire space/time were Itadori was watching movies to have a full length conversation and outside of that space only a few seconds past.
