2020-10-07 17:10:09 +0000 UTCI think you hit the nail on the head a long time ago. Buggy wasn't a good villain at first, because he had no reason or purpose. But now, he is after Luffy, because he feels like he was humiliated.Just as you said, about a hundred episodes ago... That might not be the best reason you can have, sure. But it is something. Also we saw later on, that he does care about his crew. Which means a lot to me. I like villains who care at least about their own guys.
