However, they ARE significantly genetically engineered, which is why they're both ridiculously powerful. Miyuki was specifically engineered to be paired with Tatsuya to create a new powerful breed of magicians.

And I personally would say keep the opener and closer.

I also really like Mister Taurus. Taurus has all the engineering building, Silver is the programmer and magic analysis He was working on the flying magic, toward his true goal. So, technically 1/2 siblings. Yea, Tatsuya doesn't hate his maternal progenitor... I kinda do. is a little fucked up to "create" Tatsuya as a mage. Though, he can't (not won't) hate her. Only one source of emotion in that logic filled mess. Man, I love Erika... but she certainly like to start crap. That's why she wears glasses :P I mean, if you could look at a set of swords, and tell which are dross, and which are godly relics, is a powerful trait for a sword-wielder. Well, Tatsuya (more properly Miyuki) are technically part of the 10, though hiddenly (and hidden damn well if the Shinobi can't find out). Yea, the more stable/wiser mage said to stop it. Probably a reason to say stop. Well, the president was running late due a meeting w\ the 10 clans. Engineering staff with the tech. Tatsuya is best bodyguard Miyuki could have, and that' may be the saddest thing.

They are both born from same father who used sisters to get them, Tatsuya was born from the older sister and Miyuki from younger one who should be now leader of that top 10 family where they are from.
