Which means if they didn't disguise it the enemy can easily know the spell they are casting. In the modern times magic is casted by using CADs which takes only seconds so knowing the spell just by listening/seeing it is impossible unless you are tatsuya.

Tanya and Demiurge, perhaps. But Ainz pretends to be a good guy. Well, Tatsuya also can't feasibly use magic with more than 4 components in a reasonable amount of time. He was made into a mage, and a crippled one, at that. I mean, face to face a gun may be quicker, but a surprise knife in the dark can be much more effective. TO be fair, is not a bad strategy. That bait is certainly Tatsuya's best chance. Decomposition... is too lethal. Elemental sight is when he's watching everything. Gran Demolition, and flash cast they haven't described yet. "You just want this for insurance, right?" "You are free to make that inference." Well, how would you choose to counter the 1v1. Long range Bombardment magic & super defense vs short range dismantling. If Tatsuya does not come to Ichigo's strongest, they lose. And, Cardinal George isn't stupid. He was one that found one of the fundamental building blocks of magic. Tatsuya was described as wearing his bloodthirst like a god-damned coat.
