I hate anime dubs too, but trust me, the biggest Overlord fanatic in here...probably (16 anime re-watches 3-6 novel re-reads, depending on vol). Overlord dub is good, REALLY GOOD. In terms of pure quality sub and dub are simular. There are small translation differences, but guess what, in all 4 versions I am familiar with (anime sub, anime dub, LN eng, LN pl) there are some differences, and since I am not insane enough to lern Japanesee I can't tell what translation is the best. Sumarizing: YAY! MORE OVERLORD! YAY! MORE ADORKABLE. Don't worry everyone, Overlord have good dub, peace! <3

I never saw the dub (judging from prior posts, it would seem I'm not alone in that regard) - and there's a reason for it. If a dub tends to butcher names or just flat out uses completely different translations, it can kill or ruin a scene. But, I'll still watch your guys' reactions!

2020-10-28 16:26:58 +0000 UTCah ok, So we utilize or remote reactions different than our in-person reactions, where in-person reactions are for the fresh on the demand content, and our remote reactions are generally for things we just wanna do lol. So like Irregular can't go on youtube, so I was gonna watch season 2 on my own and the director was thinking of just randomly watching it, so we decided to use remote since that's the most flexible method of recording. So the No Game No Life, High School Dxd for example, things on the horizon are reserved for our high quality in person reactions. Think of remote like Filler or Bonus content! ha ha

Although, with the sheer amount of anime out there and the recommendation post that has numerous anime that I am sure are excellent and people are looking forward towards it is a curious choice. Overlord is certainly one of my favorite series and I am happy that you all are enthusiastic about it, but might I recommend the LN if you all are looking for things that might have been missed (and left out of the anime as well)? As for the rewatch itself, really the only choice is to include another person who hasnt seen it for a fresh reaction, otherwise, there is not going to be much in it for people to watch it again with you all if they have already been around the block with you once already (but more power to them if they have that much time!). Regardless, thanks for all your work and effort in providing content for us!

Overlord is the only series of the Isekai that we'd re watch though lol
