I believe she asked to be able to use the flying device because if you notice, she was only leading by like 6 points before she asked or thereabouts, and could have potentially lost without the advantage the flying device gave her, and y'know, First High wants to win. Probably also doesn't want to disappoint Tatsuya.

Yea, having a spec op team (one of which has a similar skill set to Tatsuya) as your first target, is probably not the best luck for that Generator. Nasty being a little strong on 'dote'. Is mostly pay attention. Time to collect some insurance dividends. Many kinds of 'innocence'. Well, figurative, or literal holding him back. She's not political, just a political tool. Well, she wants to praise and raise her brother above where people put him. I wouldn't say 'naive' cause of that.
