2025-03-08 08:14:08 +0000 UTCTo clarify, Tatsuya does use the Taurus Silver CAD pretty much all the time. Flash Cast is a military grade secret skill, so he rarely uses it. They already explained this in Tatsuya vs Ichijou episode, but it allows him to bypass a CAD by storing the sequence as an image in his mind. That is how he is able to cast without a CAD, and what that scene is referring to.
