Although I suggest stopping after season 3 as it just turned into complete garbage from there imo. Also if you end up watching Noblesse, make sure you watch the "Awakening OVA" before the show itself. And since you were specifically asking about OVAs, you'd enjoy the Slime ones, although they're not important to the story. (They're called OAD rather than OVA though)
