Although Tragic, Robin apparently had ZERO moments in time in which she could excel in a world of happiness. There were few good memories. Her whole being dictated as a sin. She's at Rock Bottom now, but the Strawhats and Franky about about to come through...

2021-01-10 03:32:27 +0000 UTCI'm pretty sure almost 300 episodes in they've heard the advice about skipping potentially spoiler filled openings by now dozens if not hundreds of times and have decided what they are going to do. I don't think anyone here has been especially bad but I'm starting to feel the One Piece Fan Base is getting a bit toxic about Reactors staying completely ignorant for the reaction which is hard for a show that has been on the air for over 20 years. Personally I've always found intro's and Episode titles hype me up. If an Episode title says x and y persons are going to fight I'm not frustrated or disappointed I'm extremely excited to see it take place. This is why I'm so glad I never considered reacting to the show back in the day. I would have found being told to cover my eyes or look away to be incredibly irritating. Just let people do what they want. To be honest the worse place for spoilers is usually the comments. I know one reactor who had an extremely Important moment ruined for them in an upcoming arc by excited fans constantly commenting two very famous words from the series. I sincerely hope the same thing doesn't happen here. There is a big difference in the show pointing out something that will happen soon and fans who can't hold in there enthusiasm. One is supposed to build up the excitement. The other ruins it.

It hypes us up and gives things to look forward to (spoilers). I guess I understand that people want to see us be totally surprised. The biggest reasons are, i dont want to look away for 2 minutes that will kinda drain my energy. I could skip with a few mouse clicks but than i have to find the spot to sync. The anime is synced with a clap at the beginning. I edit and we have an editor. Skipping makes his efforts more difficult too because of our recording style. Itβs simply a Camera by the TV. We go back and listen for the audio to place the anime over us. Itβs why we also donβt pause. The easiest thing to do is actually trim out our reactions/discussion during the opening and not acknowledge it but i think people like to listen to us talk and pick up on things or get hyped up as well.

It is not necessary not to look at the screen for a minute, you can just skip it with a couple of mouse clicks, and editing will not be greatly affected. Moreover, we guys do not watch it for free. I say without any negative, just am I not right?

The intro they have decided to watch, since not watching it, can be kind of annoying. either you have to spend more time editing, or not look at the screen for about a minute. Not so much fun. And the intro does hype you up for the episodes.

There are a lot of titles which just spoil to much, you will know everything in 20 minutes, isn't it better to know something trough good scene/moment instead of just trough letters in the beginning of the episode. It's just advices, I mean everyone who watch One piece with interest doing like I said.

2021-01-07 10:15:59 +0000 UTCI really hope you guys kept watching and finished the flashbacks and just didn't upload them together. These kinds of things are REALLY best experienced all in one go. If I could make a request it would be to occasionally do an extra episode or two when there are episodes that are best paired together etc, but if its too much work for you guys to bother with then thats totally fine :)

The one chief in the flashback of Robin, his name "Spandine" which was Spandam's father. Spandine in this flashback said he has a son which is the asshole we have to deal with now

It makes perfect sense now why she is so distant and cold all the time, even to them. Because the last thing that she could imagine is for someone to genuinely love and care for her. Which is why she was ready to die for them, they were the first real family she ever had. After the government killed the archaeologists at least. Makes me sad just to think about it.
