Otto flashback, how Otto met Subaru in this timeline and what wolfdog told him was fun to learn =). Subaru gone too much pain that he is full steam ahead on Emilia train and Emilia can't avoid it. What I have figured out Garfield doesn't want the field to come down as he is afraid of the outside world, last episode revealed more that he has some past with his family that made him like this. Otto talking to animals was said in episode 25 of season 1 (final episode) when Subaru is riding through the forest on his wagon and just before Petelgeuse "spider" thing appears behind them. Otto tells Subaru that he can talk to animals.

2021-01-13 23:00:40 +0000 UTCIt's hard to remember but the Boss Kid that saved Otto from the cave was Subaru. Last season the twins come out of the cave with Otto tied up because they found him alone in the cave crying "suspicious" and Subaru told them that he knows him (even though they hadn't met yet in this timeline). My favorite little detail in this episode is that the whole time Subaru and Emilia are talking her eyes are dark and cloudy meanwhile Subaru's eyes were bright and had Emilia reflecting in them but in the last clip after she cries when she blinks you can see Subaru in them at last and they're brighter.
