2021-01-23 08:52:32 +0000 UTCThere was actually a common theme when going from the Davy Back Fight to Water 7. Separation via external effects versus an internal conflict. Of course, when an external force tries to goad the SH into separating they always end up coming back together extremely fast, but when it comes from within they kind of fell apart for much longer.

2021-01-22 17:46:21 +0000 UTCI, for one, really like the filler episodes 318 and 319. 319 is a worldbuilding filler episode. 318 expands on the recurring "Michael and Hoichael - the menace from the backstreets" joke that's been set up since the SeaTrain Station officers were first speculating on who tried to kill Iceberg, and also Lulu and Tilestone who thought it was them as well. IMO they add to the rich tapestry of the world of One Piece. Watch them if you want, react if you want. If you do react to them, I for one will definitely watch. I understand, of course, if you need more guaranteed viewership than one person to merit a reaction for those episodes lol. EDIT: Correction I had it flipped. 318 is the Michael and Hoichael punchline with Zoro. 319 is the Sanji episode about Water 7 cuisine and the All Blue.

Also since, i don't know how far you are ahead, i'll give you a heads up on the next filler: 317-319 and then 326-336 317-319 you could technically watch i don't think they mess up any of the continuity but they are definitely fillers and you will feel that.
