When/if K Dog uses the backdoor in the anime/manga, pretty sure it is clearly expressed. Plus, he genuinely cares about those two girls now. I believe most folks in that cultural level of technology and social development would not think to shove something in dry back there. She is not a sister of anyone is the show, she's just part of a prestigious family that never gets brought up. The Sword Hero, you should see I think in Episode 7 or 8. So far you only saw her in Flashbacks.

Although her skills with sword fighting is on hero level. There is still the sword hero that our MC need to take his revenge on. I am really curious will our crazy MC get his due in the end? Maybe save the kingdom, but die for his revenge. This episode was full hentai, too much fucking to be counted a normal anime episode.
