This was definitely a decent movie but I enjoyed it 10 times more with yalls commentary. I think I fell asleep the first two times watching it in theaters.

I would say this would have been much better if they had stuck to the past and these Eternals got wiped out and saved the planet before our current superheroes could have been much better choice and then be called first superheroes.

2022-03-05 15:31:00 +0000 UTCI enjoyed this movie. Saw the bad reviews but went into it with an open mind and had a good time. Most of the Eternals were done real well and I enjoyed them on screen. Gilgamesh and Kingo were my favorites. I really liked Gilgamesh and Thena's relationship. It had flaws. Makkari kinda got shafted and I wished she had more time to shine as a character. Probably would have been better as a Disney Plus series. But still a solid movie.

The planet just built around him as he learned to control matter w/ his mind alone, and eventually asteroids or w/e piled up over his true form (that blue energy blob at the center of it; as you can see, not all Celestials look the same, they are basically Species of One, as each are born from different worlds)

Knowhere, from Guardians of the Galaxy (where the Collector was) is a Celestial's head from a war they had at the start of our universe. Ego, Starlord's dad, is a Celestial. Now what will really bake your noodle is that Thanos is an Eternal but suffers from a Deviant-like defect, causing his skin to look the way it does. Last fun fact, both Jon Snow (Dane, aka the Black Knight) and Robb Stark (Ikaris) are in this movie. You seemed to really focus on Jon though. :D
