Nasty and Adorkable get their ideas/thoughts flowing but i do believe you should go with your gut more often, i remember at least a few other instances where they misunderstood something and you caught it right but didn't insist/stick to your gut, either way reactions are fun so it's all good.

2022-04-21 17:47:44 +0000 UTCA small correction, the doctor was looking at the moon while saying that at the end. He was talking to Kaguya's dead mother. She died of heart disease, so he was most likely the doctor who tried to save her, and would most likely have known her well. Some people even speculate that he had an affair with her (that she is the woman we see with him in the flashback), but it's unlikely.
