Guys, singers (male and female no matter their sexuality) all use makeup, haha. They need to match their album concepts and they need to look a certain way for the camera. In high school sharing cigarettes its a necessity because there's scarcity ~ Also! I kind of love that we get a glimpse into trainee culture. So basically as an idol trainee, you have to be perfect in order to debut and you pay for the training and room out of your own pocket so if you don't make it, it's literally years of your life down the drain and what makes it worse it that you also can't just switch agencies if you feel like it because most of the time they trap you in a ten year contract so even in you quit you can't go back or try a different company. To make matters even worse, sometimes you can be there for ten years and have someone who's been there a month debut in an idol group while you end up still waiting for your big break.

Like not the CEO daughter part but being the only child to a narcissistic parent had me trying to do anything to get out and worse we were poor so just remove the rich part from it and I think you'll find her really relateable. Another experience is sharing drinks. If a girl gives me a drink that she drank from then yeah I'd feel like that but for some reason if I'm with the homies I don't think of it that way even though some people might. Cause we usually share drinks and stuff in high school but I used to not like sharing straws/drinks with other dudes because of hygiene reasons but my friends would tell me not to make a big deal out of it and eventually I got used to it. I was in a boarding school by the way so our bond is kinda tight compared to normal friends. Of course there are actual people who are into that and take advantage of our closeness but not all of them

Because in high school, cigarettes are hard to come by because it's prohibited to minors and it's costly because high school kids usually don't have any source of income. So usually we would share 1 cigarette between friends and make sure never ever let any cigarette go to waste. Once I got into college it's still a thing but not as normal because most of us have our own cigarettes and its not hard to come by. Anyways, I've stopped smoking for 2 years now but this was my experience.
