Anime only do not read!!! - - - I'm certain they'll adapt the Ishigami x Tsubome date, Kaguya x Prez date, the Kaguya x Tsubome talk, the Kaguya x Prez talk in student coucil scene, and I think the confession scene will take the whole last episode. - They'll most likely adapt the haunted house scene, prez cosplay cafe scene, the Moeha scene, the takoyaki scene. - These seem like the most important moments to be adapted in my opinion.
