My grandmother was raised on another woman's milk because her mother couldn't produce enough back in '20's. Men can produce milk but its low quality and takes a lot of time and pressure.

However, they were talking amongst themselves while the scene was going on so they missed that part until the very end of the conversation. It happens with reacts but they set it up well
