That's why she does the fake be friends with everyone schtick. I feel liker her lines about knowing when people are wary around her and her being lonely are her actual true feelings. There are different was to call a person that'a a friend these are Kun, Chan and San. Its like Sir or Madam and and senior or junior. It depends a few different things. So, being called by your first name is not well respected unless you really know someone and have permission to. It also a sign of how close someone is to a person by which they use in conjunction with last name.
