Lee, trust me, Nagatoro will grow on you the more episodes you watched. It’s not going to resonate with you nor DNasty now, but you’ll end up feeling this is one of the wholesome anime that you’ve watched. Furthermore, Nagatoro ended up teaching Senpai how to fend for himself against similar teasing and/or bullying in episode 3 I think. It’s starting to get better once you watched past first 2 episodes. After that it’s all fun teasing and none of the bullying you see in the later episodes. In one of the later episodes, Nagatoro even smiles so sweetly at Senpai for finally stood up for something like a MAN. You’ll know which episode I’m talking about when you reached there.

Especially in the anime and gaming community, it may be a running joke for alot of people but it's clear alot of people like that type of content. IMO this is such a D+ tier type of show it's not like this is even an above average show story wise so I think it's not worth the stress to force yourself to like a show with little reward. The show does change direction but it's very obvious and extremely predictable the type of outcomes that you'll get from the type of show this is. Anyways at the end of the day it's completely up to you!

Eventually I think you'll see what is really happening in this story and start to appreciate it. I'm glad I continued watching it and cant wait for more seasons.

I'm also not a fan of Mrs. Nagotoro cause I don't really like that 'kind' of the show when it comes to teasing, I prefer a show like Takagi-san more but I did get why Nagatoro gets a lot of attention from others. If you want to do a blind reaction, go with it without asking people whether you should continue or so on, for sure you will get spoiled and that takes away the fun of being blind. Also, if you think you can't continue after episode 1 or so on, better be clear on it and don't force yourself as it will take all the fun out of it if you don't enjoy the story and don't have much reaction to it anyway. That's all I wanna say, cheers.

I dont think anyone was raining down on you, its just that you asked if it gets better and its hard to answer without explaining that yes it does, it goes somewhere and plot threads that start here continue throughout the story and then become relevent the further you get in the manga. Thats where I'm confused, because in the past youve been critical of people mentioning those things, then theres a post asking to convince you. People coment but then manga readers are criticized for mentioning why it gets better. I remember you made a video about rudeus, which is why i mentioned that you should equate the two. I think if you sit back and watch it as a story where two people try to become better you will enjoy it, but it is hard to see where you come from when theres three posts but we still havent seen the reaction

In one of the posts, youre pretty much asking the community to convince you. But in this video you seemed sort of critical about mentiooning about whats coming up in the manga but at the same time its hard to explain where the story is going without doing so. It gets confusing since you have mentioned how you disliked that in the past. The whole story is about character growth and changing as people, and theres 2 bits of foreshadowing that happens in this episode. The story is going somewhere, it actually goes there faster than some of the other rom coms youve watched.
