She hunted him down and threw the first punch; not to mention that New York is a "Duty to Flee State" so even if she were attacked in her own home she'd be legally required to escape unless she's completely cornered, which is subjective, and even then you're required to use equivalent/minimal force. somehow this got cut from my earlier comment.

Given the fact that some supes can regenerate/heal like Kimuko. It can be argued that Stormfont couldnāt afford to hold back just on breaking an arm. So basically. With a good Lawyer. Stormfront has a way out. We donāt know the laws with supes here but remember. Zimmerman CHASED Trayvon. 2022-07-08 02:52:03 +0000 UTCIts not self defense since she threw the first punch and killing the perp after he's incapacitated is totally no-bueno regardless of the state but ESPECIALLY in New York which is a "Duty to Flee" state so you're quite strictly required by law to run in a life or death scenario and can only defend yourself if you're cornered which is subjective and determined by the jury at trial on top of that you have to use equal/minimal force as determined by the jury's opinions and experiences.

Starlight has been labeled as a terrorist in two different seasons. Frenchie used to work as a hitman for the Russian mafia. In one of the flashbacks he was building a bomb to blow up a building. But when Kimiko's brother dies, he gets what he deserves.

I obviously can't say for sure but I doubt that guy who commented really even gave a fuck about Kimikos brother. Also he's not using context, does he mean murder in general? The way he is explaining it is even if a good guy kills a bad guy the good guy is a terrible person. It just at the end of the day comes off as he doesnt like that you were shocked she was racist and thats it. I dunno just seemed kind of pointless to respond to this one imo. But it was a good response nonetheless
