There's also a DanMachi movie that's worth watching.

You can review previous seasons to get a better idea of the strength of their group, or would you like a recap? 42:50 Director is pretty close, the power he's describing is named "Argonaut", not Cosmonaut. You can tell when Bell is using it because his hand or weapon will be glowing white. However, this is not the reason why everyone went "oh shit". Lili said it explicity: "So this is... Level 4." Nobody had seen Bell fight yet since he leveled up from Level 3 to Level 4 (Hestia at the very beginning of the episode), so this is the result of leveling up.

A grimoire is a book that allows you to gain new magic just by reading it. It's a one time use book, because after you read one time, the words disappear. It's said to be extremely expensive, so I don't know how Aisha acquired one. Bell gained his firebolt spell in season 1 by reading a grimoire planted in the bar by the goddess of beauty and lent to him by the gray hair maid. Another point is: In the first season, Hestia asked Hephaestus to make her a knife so she could give it to Bell. The Hestia Knife, as it was named. Hestia could not pay, so she started to work in the Hephaestus's shop to repay her debt. So when the gods were drinking in the bar, they mentioned that Hephaestus lent Hestia some people from her family to watch over Hestia's house so she can go to work, because the house would be empty otherwise. I don't read the source material, thus I don't know if those guys from Hephaestus family will come into play later on so I'm just pointing it out here.

The exception is just like they explained some monster gain a conscious in the dungeon and are capable of feelings and learning. Just like best cute girl weine (the monster girl) was like. Also the ending where bell used firebolt is him specifically using firebolt and the argonaut move or whatever it is called on top of that. That is why it is so destructive. Plus its the level 4 power on top of all of that.

She was gonna have a dream most likely no matter what cause its the dungeon.

I read the LN of this fantastic arc already and by the end of it, "she" really raise to my top tier lists. Trust me when I say this is going to be one hell of a season. This arc, if JC staffs gave it justice, is going to blow everyone's mind. Which I think it will, since the author is involved in the production of this season. And it's going to be 23 episodes season.
