2022-08-07 13:37:46 +0000 UTCSo far this season has been following the LN quite faithfully. All the fights and incidents that happened are as exactly how I visualise it when I’m reading. The fight against the flying monsters were supposed to be longer. Because Bell couldn’t catch up to their speed initially and kept getting sliced by them. And he slowly catches up to their speed after pushing his limits multiple times. If they really follows the arc of this story faithfully, I’m sure by the end of this season, this is going to be THE most talked about season of the series.

2022-08-07 05:26:30 +0000 UTCWhat Bell meant by the Moss Huge trying to cripple his attack: because it's fought alot of adventures, it can tell when one's about to use magic. It also knows they have to "sing" before the attack happens, so it tried to attack Bell before he could finish his chant. But Bells firebolt has a chant so short and quick, it was caught off guard.

She sensed the dummy monster was the real thing, so that's why they didn't notice. What she was actually sensing was the moss around the corpse, since it's part of the real monsters body. She didn't sense the real thing until it swam within range
