The men are all either stupid, conniving, or hopeless; the women are the smarter and stronger of the characters, even malty, And the female character designs stand out more. The male characters are more generic and forgettable.

Bow guy - champagne socialist, wants to overthrow feudalism, literally no idea how to actually take care of the people his larp revolution displaces. What they have in common - they all think this is game, a game and they're the MC of their own rpg. They see the people as npcs, they do things with no thought for the reprecussions because when do those happen in a video game? Naofumi sees this as a real world with real people. But Naofumi is the bad guy, not the other three psychopaths
