Yeah they mentioned it in the beginning when Naofumi got accused by Myne and asked to just be sent home... but new heroes can only be summoned if all 4 of the current ones die... so Fitoria sees them messing up big time and not working together, so in her mind if they wont fix their beef they are defective and have to be replaced ASAP... which can only be done by them all dying so a new set can be summoned. :o
