Scarr is a good guy? Kills innocent people because of their race or they profession. Kills innocent Dr's whom where saving his people. Not exactly what ranks as a good guy. Sure some of the Alchemists he killed were bad guys but I am not sure that slate is even at 50-50. Including attempting to kill Ed just for being the Full Metal Alchemist, whom wasnt even involved in the war - clearly. I rate guys in the Issei meter, him being a the mark to aspire to as a good guy. Not to get into the scaling but let's just say Scar is like a 5 on there. :)
