He went to kill the Yakuza in that tank top form, then he changed his face to the one we see here. Think you guys just forgot that detail as it was in the same episode and thought this guy was new. He is still the same parasyte that chased Izumi all the way to the forest and has like 4 other parasyte's in his body.
