Well, I had raised with the author the possibility that Sarah's head was alive, or had revived. Although he did not disagree, he wanted to keep his idea for now, and several fans have expressed concern about the state of Sarah's head. So, this non-canonical page suggests the possibility that she may have revived. Remember that she died at the end of the first chapter.
