The main thing with me is I don't speak Japanese or understand it. I also can't watch a show and read subtitles at the same time. If I watch something in sub, I have to watch the same episode 2 or 3 times. 1 to watch the show, and the second time to read the subtitles, then sometimes I have to do a third time to rewatch the show and try to fit in what I read. Its more convenient to watch dub in my opinion, especially for someone who can't split there eyes in 2 and watch 2 things at the same time. Im aware most people who watch sub, can either understand Japanese or can multitask with there eyes. I cant. Which is why when I watch anime, I prefer dub. Theres also the fact that if you go on toonami or adult swim... they don't show sub anime, they show dub anime. Which was super nice to watch stuff in highschool. (Another example was pokemon, yugioh, and Digimon when I was a kid... which I still enjoy for the most part)

it not even the VA fault most the time the dub are bad it the casting director and performance director which is always the base foundation for it and they always higher fucking idiot that dont know the source or on a power trip and think they can do it better and ruin it and the VA are lead to fail cuz of them

dont get me wrong one of the few time i liked the dub more than the sub cuz the dragon voice is lame as hell for the sub but just the constant changing of the VA ruined it for me cuz that almost never happens with japanese VA cuz people lose it if it happens over there and viewerships tanks

There's another show similar to this that has a bit more of a "hands on" approach. It also is a step up in regards to the adult theme, all the while still having a decent story.

The dialog in the dub was alot better in my personal opinion. It added more of a comedy approach. Not saying its better in regards to performance, but I like the how the dub approached the show more than the sub. Also ive seen Bible black. As far as I know, they made 5 seasons of that. Also there is apparently a story to it. Although I haven't finished season 2... plus my mind wasn't really focused on the story much... it was focused on the titties.

Highschool DxD a few years ago had me going wild bruh. Being a teenager and watching this is something else. I loved this series. The plot, good writing, comedy, action, and THE PLOT.

Well, the issue is also a change in voice actors. It’s like when watching DBS Broly with Vic and then it’s now JYB. The voices just don’t match. JYB a might be able to make his own Broly but he’s no Vic Broly. Basically it’s the recast I hate and the reason for it. Also Akeno’s English VA left around the same time and I just can’t imagine my Waifu without her sensual Japanese voice 😂
