Yuno can't stop time, the frozen time phase wanted to show how important it is that he was chosen by the spirit of the wind one of the 4 spirits, Yuno wanted to save Asta but he doesn't know what he did because he was desperate, the spirit of the wind helped him and for him it seemed that time stood still because the spirit of the wind was extremely strong and fast.

There are 3 branches of royals. Vermillion (Mimosa's family), Silva (Noelle's family) and the third one is a SPOILER at this point. So Noelle and Mimosa are in the same "level". But Vermillion's are not so aggressive (don't look down) to peasants like Silva. Of course they are also prideful but not as Silva family.

Agreed, what happened with Sylph in the dungeon just happened so fast only Yuno was able to notice since he unconsciously activated the spell. For him it was a long second of an 'oh shit' moment from his panic that Asta was about to die, while to everyone else it was the snap of a finger.

Yeah, it was basically like a game pausing in the middle of a fight to explain/enable a new skill you obtained, it's a wind spirit, 1 of the 4 great spirits (explained this ep) so it goes perfectly with Yuno's magic. It probably wouldn't work well with Asta's lack of magic.
