If the "fansubs" are out the same day as the episode airs, they just ripped the official subs from Crunchy/Funi/Sentai/whoever else. Most streaming sites use HorribleSubs uploads, who rip the official subs off their streaming services using a bot, hence the name Horrible. Since HS retired, SubsPlease took their place as the go to, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if they're the same people under a different name, or had the tools passed on.

Basically Charybdis is much like the God Warriors from that anime, with the one Rimuru, Benimaru and their crew took on together (and that Mimin PWND) being like the ones that destroyed the world long prior to the movie's opening, whereas the Charybdis in this episode is like the God Warrior that was revived prematurely towards the end of Nausicaä (namely weaker and would have died on its own in a few days regardless.) Having said that, this episode shows just how much Benimaru and the others have grown since Rimuru's evolution. Back in season 1 Benimaru and the others could barely put so much as a scratch on Charybdis. Now, against this mini-Charybdis, Benimaru bodies him without so much as a sweat. Just goes to show how much Clayman's underestimated his opponents.
