He was a real person (well, real as in actually did claim to be a time traveller in 2000) and a lot of the shows plot is actually based on what he said. Steins Gate does this kind of thing a lot, mixing fake with real life things. John Titor, SERN being a knockoff of CERN, stuff like that. You can pretty safely look the things I mentioned above without spoiling yourself if you're interested. Anyway, great reaction. Looking forward to seeing more.

Have you heard the Sub of most stein gate character there are god like lets take Kyoma for exemple he is so Funny, RockLee heard most of the funny/over the top prononciation (I love his reaction) and can't wait for more broken english too it is too funny

It's a dialog heavy anime akin to Code Geass, no way any reactor in the world would be able to read all subs and comment/react at the same time, except Nasty, probably. And also, you guys in the first episode actually managed to deduct almost the whole plot of last episodes, this was the best discussion of Steins first episode in existence.
