On one occasion an old woman came to claim her retirement pension, but since the manager has a clear phobia of poor people, he ordered Giselle to expel her. Anna tried to intervene but couldn't convince her after the security guard arrived. The old woman spat at Giselle and she tried to wash off her saliva by dirtying Anna.
