It’s kinda weirdfunny how you keep asking her what does she hate about him.. I hate him as a person. Yeah, he’s nothing in sea stone cuffs and with his heart in the enemy’s hands. But without the cuffs and with his evil heart back 😭 he’s an annoying dangerous sicko. . I mean I like dangerous and I even like dangerous sicko too if they have a cool personality and it does not matter what they look like. But this clown is dangerous and a sicko and SO ANNOYING as one— so nope to him. 😂

Islands like Alabasta is believed to have around 10 mil citizens, fishmen island 5.2 mil , Dressrosa could have anywhere in between 700.00 to 2 mil. In Marineford 100.000 Marines where present over a 99.9% of them being over the captain rank with some notable exceptions like Tashigi, Koby and Helmeppo. This should be about at most 15 % of the marines full force. Islands like Dawn island should be around 400.000 to 1.2 mil. Also there is most likely 20 mil islands in the One Piece world, lets say 65%-75%is uninhabited. That leaves 5 mil islands, lets say the average population is 30.000 then there is around 150.000.000. That seems rather small with Alabasta having 10 mil, fishmen Island having 5.2.mil.. My minimum estimation is 670 mil while the upper limit is around 1.5 billion meaning there are most likely in the one piece world 670-1500 Conq. Haki users, but not everyone will develop it. Like I believe Noland and Calgara were semi-suitable to develop Conq. Haki, but they never ended up triggering it. Also Eneru and Crocodile were semi-suitable IMO. Also Don Chinjao is the perfect benchmark for a Conq. Haki user. He is also the reason I know why some of my favorite characters WILL Develop Conq.Haki.

Smoker's ability is actually pretty well suited to deal with ceasar's gas and smoker has haki and a sea stone jitte. ceasar clown has zero haki and no practical combat ability other than spread gas and his laser. Which I don't think would trouble smoker too much.
