To clear up "my spoon" and "my fork" for any future watchers. Throughout the anime she is exposed to be an @channel user from wich considering the time of release of this anime would be a reference to 2chan a japanese message board. In 2chan, the use of "my fork" and "my spoon" was slang for lover and friend respectively. Additionally in Steins;Gate: Aishin Meizu no Babel (The story from Makise Kurisu's POV) her father gave her a personal spoon when she was a kid but then later on never received a personal form because the dad began to hate her. Earlier on in the anime Kurisu's spoon can be spotted (episode 11, 23:30) when she got mad because kyouma was using her spoon to eat her pudding. Also in an interview with the scenario writer, Naotaka Hayashi he says that she wanted a fork because she could not get used to using chopsticks to eat her ramen. Considering everything I think "my spoon" and "my fork" has a double meaning where she actually wants a fork for her ramen and at the same time a lover, therefore blushes when talking with kyouma (episode 14, 23:57 ). IDK I might be reaching, but the way she blushes supports it.
