Added 2021-10-20 17:21:36 +0000 UTCHad this debate because from my point of view Usopp's bravery peaks when defending his friends, relatively speaking Robin's previous danger was managed until the quick slip up of her hands being touched and Usopp instantly forgot about her existence, than has to risk his life for people he barely knows? LMAO so I think this actually this shows A LOT about Usopps growth having returned to fight Sugar even without the memories of Robin who needed him lol...Not gonna lie, Usopp isn't my favorite character by a long shot, but i do try and be clear i understand the development and it's appreciated lol....Erza is more Raw, she just watches and says what she thinks regardless of if people like it or not lmao...she also doesn't read comments so she moves pretty unphased by Community opinion, hopefully this also brings a balanced experience for you guys.

Alabasta he endangered himself to help chopper in that fight when he didn’t need to getting himself hurt way more then chopper in the process. And the entire sniper king arc and fish men island he was pretty gung hoe.

2021-10-20 21:52:28 +0000 UTCThey don't really get into it here, but that was definitely Observation Haki that Usopp unlocked there as he fired. Out of all the forms of Haki that exists, Observation is the one that is most useful for a sniper like him. Sure, if he had Armament Haki he could give give his ammo a boost like the Kuja Pirates' arrows, but his Pop Green is powerful and unpredictable enough as it is. And Usopp could potentially use Conquerors' Haki to ensure that nobody interferes with his shot, but he doesn't have that much ambition. All that matters is that he makes the shot that helps his friends, and that's why Observation Haki is the best fit for him.

So opening them is still hard for devil fruit users since they can touch the Cuffs when they put in the key,. Remember when Luffy had Ace's key he was not effected. And it is stupid for the key to be made out of Sea stone since that will weaken even DF users on the Marine side.

He did it all because Luffy needed him. Courage is not “having no fear” courage is “when in fear of something, still taking on that task”
