2021-11-05 15:45:10 +0000 UTCI love all your discussions and trash talk but I mostly watch it here too because I know I have to make time for it which you like to take if you have time because your uncut reactions are generally longer here on patreon. I think many people on YT often only watch videos occasionally and if there is not much time then these people just want to see a quick reaction video or whatever and nothing more. That does not apply to everyone of course. I mean when we log in here we are usually prepared to watch longer videos with discussions and stuff which is not always the case for YT I think.

I would love y’all to watch 1. Dune, 2. Busan 3. Parasite. If y’all can get Erza or Adorkable for Busan that would be great, without saying too much you’ll get why later.

There’s usually jokes and stuff mix d in that let’s y’all personality show more than if you just did the reaction part. That’s what keeps me into the content. I’ll watch a reaction from y’all of something that I don’t really like for the jokes and that’s how u keep a stable fan base as a reactor imo. Make the ppl come for you with the show as the backdrop to drive conversation. Just my 2 cents

People who are passionate on a certain series and watch your reactions will appreciate it. For example, the longer the Steins Gate reaction, the more it brings a smile on my face. So you do whatever you feel is good for Youtube/will make it better but as long as discussions will be the same on Patreon then I'm good.

2021-11-05 00:30:47 +0000 UTCI think the discussion is a differentiator for you guys, but if the stats on YouTube say otherwise then they just have no damn taste! I also agree with the commentor above, try putting the discussion as a separate video for a bit and see if it performs well enough on YouTube to justify, else just cut it entirely for most shows and leave it for Patreon. I would say for a show like Steins;Gate though the discussion is so good it's worth posting no matter what because the content is so good.

2021-11-04 23:47:43 +0000 UTCI will say that before i became a patreon and watched on youtube, I would usually skip the intro because from what i remember, sometimes the intro would just be a summary of what happened the episode before and your thoughts from that episode, and since i would have already watched the new episode before watching the reaction, and I usually remember your guys' discussion from the reaction before, i would skip the intro since it would just be redundant to me. and even though i do realize that you guys' sometimes have new theories or discussions in the intro, I wouldnt know which intros had new stuff or just a summary of last reaction, so I would skip it either way. On patreon tho, I watch every minute cause you guys are unpredictable and will say something funny or interesting at random times XD which i very much enjoy.

2021-11-04 23:26:52 +0000 UTCI know u checking Roshi YBRL as they are just doing movie week =). For doing so many shows, I do agree that you don't need to talk so long on some shows. Mystery shows require some dialog more than like Black Clover which is just basic Naruto style shounen show.

Not sure the difficulty for that though, so might not be worth it. But that means it increases percentage of retention while still pleasing the people who still watch intros and outros.
